DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

The Jacksonville Insurance Lawyer directory ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
1. Notification of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material.
Your notification must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the directory (provide exact URLs).
- Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
2. Designated Agent Contact
Please submit all DMCA notices to our designated agent via our Secure Contact Form, clearly labeling the subject line as "DMCA Takedown Request."
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may provide us with a written counter-notification. If a counter-notice is received, we may send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced in 10 to 14 business days.
